Our Process: Step-by-Step
1. Sourcing Premium Ingredients
We start with carefully selected herbs and oils, sourced from trusted Ayurvedic farms. Only fresh, potent botanicals such as Bhringraj, Amla, Brahmi, Neem, Hibiscus, and Fenugreek are used — all handpicked for their unique benefits.
2. Herbal Decoction (Kashayam) Preparation
The herbs are boiled in purified water over a slow flame to extract their therapeutic properties. This decoction forms the base of our infusion process, ensuring the oil absorbs deep herbal essence.
3. Taila Pak Vidhi (Traditional Oil Infusion)
The decoction is then slow-cooked with a base oil (such as cold-pressed coconut,mustard , sesame, or castor oil) over low heat in the traditional “Taila Pak” method — a cornerstone of Ayurvedic oil making. This process can take several hours to days, allowing the herbs to fully infuse into the oil without losing their potency.
4. Cooling & Settling
Once the oil is ready, it is allowed to cool naturally and sit undisturbed. This helps the active compounds to settle and stabilize, enhancing shelf life and efficacy.
5. Filtration
We use a fine, multi-stage filtration process to ensure the oil is pure, clean, and residue-free, while still retaining the herbal richness.
6. Bottling with Care
